8. Payments & Refund Policy

  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other authorized platforms.
  • By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or have permission to complete the transaction.
  • Refunds are only issued if the order is canceled before production begins.
  • Once custom work has started or an item has shipped, all sales are final unless defective.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge.

8. Payments & Refund Policy

  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other authorized payment platforms.
  • By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or have permission to complete the transaction.
  • All orders are considered final once production has begun.
  • Refunds are only issued in accordance with our official Refund Policy and generally apply only if your order is canceled before production starts.
  • Custom items, once in production or shipped, are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
