Return Policy
At Treasure Coast Printz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, including the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as customized products and gift cards.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, and finally, your bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Treasurecoastprintz@gmail.com.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
